VDMA – Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers Association – Marine Equipment and Systems Forum 

VDMA – Marine Equipment and Systems is a special division of the non-profit organization German Engineering Federation (VDMA) representing the well-known German marine equipment industry. 
The German marine equipment sector groups more than 400 companies which together turn over 11 billion Euro and employ about 70,000 people. 

The German marine equipment industry's export rate exceeds 70 percent of production in the past years. Therefore, this industry is world leader for the export of high-tech systems for international shipbuilding.

Services of VDMA – Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers Association – Marine Equipment and Systems Forum:

• support customers in arranging contacts with efficient German marine and offshore equipment manufacturers
• intensify mutual co-operation with shipyards and shipping companies in technological as well as commercial fields
